Oh, and reset all permissions for everyone to do everything. I have upgraded, downgraded, installed, uninstalled both from CC and direct downloads I have uninstalled AIR, removed files, turned off antivirus, closed all Adobe programs, renamed files, started in safe mode, wiped off my entire system and reinstalled OS and all programs from scratch. The other half, and the millions of links, sub links, links from links, and forum postings. I am on a MAC, and half of the thread speak to PC. I have done all of these steps, numerous times, for many, many months. Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.
